摘  要:分析了铸造锌合金用有芯工频感应电炉熔沟断沟和使用寿命短的现象,探讨了低断沟风险的熔沟样板,通过在熔沟样板易发生断沟区域外表面加工排气槽,用木材等易燃材料填充固定,启炉过程排气槽内易燃材料燃烧挥发排出,排气槽出现空间,使熔沟熔化和捣打料排出的气体经排气槽排出熔沟外,防止熔沟初次启炉熔化过程气体积聚,引发熔体喷料和挤入捣打料,降低工频电炉熔沟断沟风险,达到了延长炉体使用寿命的效果。Melting channel break and premature failure for core main frequency induction furnace has been analyzed in details. An optimized structure has been designed to reduce the risk of break and premature failure of melting channel. The air discharge slots have been cut by milling on the surfaces of frequently breaking areas of melting channel model. Then inflammable material, such as wood, has been filled into these slots, which could burn out during furnace initiating, leaving air discharging slots on the surfaces of in the frequently breaking areas of melting channel model. Gases have been discharged from these slots, preventing melt eruption and infiltrating into refractory, caused by high pressure gas in melting channel, which could reduce the risk of melting channel break and extend furnace life.
