药物辅助体外冲击波碎石技术在泌尿结石治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的:关于泌尿结石应用药物与碎石术的临床价值探究。方法:选择80例行泌尿结石疾病诊疗的患者进行研究,待诊后对全部患者使用体外冲击波碎石术,术毕分别对患者应用阿托品、阿夫唑嗪片治疗,记录并对比两组治疗期间的数据。结果:碎石术联合阿夫唑嗪片干预的观察组患者治疗效果好,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床治疗泌尿结石期间,除了碎石术外,还需要给予患者阿夫唑嗪片药物,以此舒缓紧张的平滑肌,提升结石排出率,加强疗效。Objective to explore the clinical value of drug and lithotripsy intervention in urolithiasis. Method eighty patients with urolithiasis were selected to study the prognosis of ESWL after the diagnosis of the disease, and the patients were treated with atropine and alfuzosin tablets at the end of the operation, respectively, after the diagnosis of the disease, the patients were treated with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL).Data were recorded and compared between the two groups during treatment. Results The observation group treated by lithotripsy combined with alfuzosin tablet had better therapeutic effect than the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion During the treatment of urolithiasis, Besides lithotripsy, alfuzosin tablets should be given to the patients in order to effectively affect the nervous smooth muscle, increase the rate of stone excretion and enhance the effectiveness of disease treatment.
