品管圈活动在缩短妇幼检验科血细胞分析、血凝急诊室样本周转时间(TAT)中的初步应用

摘　　要：目的:品管圈作为一种重要的提高医疗质量工具近年来在医院得到了广泛应用,并取得了良好普遍的效果。本文观察了品管圈活动在提高急诊检验科血细胞分析、血凝检验报告周转时间(TAT)符合率中的效果。方法:选择品管圈活动前12 500例血常规及血凝标本,及品管圈活动后13 000例血常规及血凝标本。分别对活动前后医嘱执行时间、样本采集时间、样本运送时间、样本检验时间四个指标进行统计学分析。结果:经过品管圈活动,急诊血常规分析TAT有明显改善,改善前后对比,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);急诊凝血分析,TAT时间改善,改善前后对比,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:品管圈活动可有效提高血细胞分析、血凝检验报告周转时间(TAT)符合率,从开立到核准的相应TAT环节中,每个环节都有改善,提高了实验室分析后的质量,优化了工作流程,提高了工作效能,节约了检验科成本。Objective Quality control circle,as an important tool to improve medical quality,has been used widely in hospitals and achieved good results in recent years.To observe the effect of quality control circle ( QCC) on improving the turn around time( TAT) compliance rate of emergency Blood cell analysis and Hemagglutination analysis test report. Method 125 000 blood routine and blood coagulation samples before QCC activity and 13 000 blood routine and blood coagulation samples affer QCC activity were selected.Using statistical methods,the delayed number and TAT accordance rate in emergency Blood cell analysis and Hemagglutination analysis test before the quality control circle activity was compared with that after the activity. Results After quality control circle activities,test specimens TAT of emergency blood cell analysis and hemagglutination analysis showed significant improvement in TAT,and the comparison before and after improvement was statistically significant ( P < 0.05). Conclusion The quality control circle can effectively improve the blood cell analysis and the turnover time (TAT) compliance rate of the blood coagulation test report.
