摘 要:[目的]探究9个品系小麦分蘖相关基因TaSPL17基因表达与单株分蘖力强弱的关系。[方法]通过实时荧光定量PCR技术,从基因表达水平角度,分析9个品系小麦分蘖期茎基部组织TaSPL17基因相对表达量与不同品系小麦分蘖力强弱的关系。[结果]不同品系小麦分蘖期茎基部组织TaSPL17基因表达存在显著差异,单株分蘖力较强的多穗型品系烟农19、瑞丰1号、Bonito-32,TaSPL17基因表达处于相对较低水平;分蘖力中等的中大穗型品系济麦22、石优17、衡06-6632、济宁936098,TaSPL17基因表达处于相对中等水平;分蘖数较少的大穗型品系兰考906、泰山021,TaSPL17基因表达处于相对较高水平,TaSPL17基因对小麦单株分蘖力具有调控作用。[结论]为研究小麦分蘖力强弱能力提供了基因表达水平上的理论依据,为选育理想株型提供了理论基础。[Objective]To explore the relationship between the expression of TaSPL17 gene related to wheat tillering in 9 wheat lines and the tiller ability of individual plants.[Method]From the perspective of gene expression, the relationship between the relative expression of TaSPL17 gene in the stem of 9 wheat lines at the tillering stage and the tillering ability of different lines wheat lines were analyzed by the quantitative real-time PCR.[Result]There were significant differences in the expression of TaSPL17 gene in the stem of different wheat lines at tillering stage. TaSPL17 gene expression level was relatively low in multi-spike lines with strong tillering ability, such as Yannong 19, Ruifeng 1 and Bonito-32;the TaSPL17 gene expression was at a relatively moderate level in medium-large spike lines with medium tillering ability, such as Jimai 22, Shiyou 17, Heng 06-6632 and Jining 936098;TaSPL17 gene expression was relatively high in large spike lines with few tillering ability, such as Lankao 906 and Taishan 021, TaSPL17 gene had regulation effect on tillering ability of wheat.[Conclusion]The results provide a theoretical basis for the gene expression of tiller ability and the breeding of ideotype.
