桑叶多糖提取分离工艺研究进展

摘　　要：多糖是桑叶的主要活性成分,具有降血糖、抗氧化、抗动脉粥样硬化等多种药用价值。本文从桑叶多糖的提取工艺和分离纯化方法两个方面进行综述,为桑叶多糖产品的开发利用提供参考。As one of the active ingredients of mulberry leaves,It can reduce blood glucose and resist atherosclerosis.In this paper,the extraction technology and separation and purification methods of mulberry leaf polysaccharides were reviewed in order to provide reference for the development and utilization of mulberry leaf products.
