摘 要:本论文利用QuEChERS法对7个产地的杏仁进行前处理,气相色谱质谱法对其中的农药残留进行测定,结果表明不同产地的杏仁农药种类及含量都有较大区别,其中河北56种,占提取物含量的16.78%;山西40种,占提取物含量的9.02%;吉林30种,占提取物含量的42.67%;云南23种,占提取物含量的8.8%;甘肃19种,占提取物含量的14.65%;辽宁19种,占提取物含量的27.77%;新疆14种,占提取物含量的24.07%。河北的杏仁农药种类最多,而新疆的杏仁最少;吉林杏仁的农药占提取物比例最多,云南最少。In this paper,pesticide residues in almond was studied by GCMS with the extraction method of QuEChERS.The results showed that the kinds and contents of pesticide residues in almond from seven different producing areas were of great difference.The types of pesticide residues in almond of Hebei,Shanxi,Jilin,Yunnan,Gansu,Liaoning,Xinjiang were 56,40,30,23,19,19,and 14 respectively,accounting for 16.78%,9.02%,42.67%,8.8%,14.65%,27.77%,and 24.07% of the total extracts.The data showed that there were the most kinds of pesticide in Hebei,and the the least in Xinjiang.While the proportion of pesticide residues in almond of Jilin was most extracts,and the least in Yunnan .
