摘　　要：生物素为水溶性维生素B族之一,是一种维持人体自然生长、发育和正常人体机能健康必要的营养素。本文选取维生素预混料为样品,参照《中国药典》2015版四部通则9101对生物素微生物试剂盒法进行方法学验证,从专属性、线性、准确度、精密度、耐用性多个方面分析判断所采用的分析方法是否合适,从而对维生素预混料中生物素的质量进行准确的监控。As one of the water-soluble B vitamins,Biotin is a kind of essential nutrients to sustain the body's natural growth and normal human function.This article selects the vitamin premix for sample,reference to "The Pharmacopoeia of People's Republic of China "2015 Edition,Volume Ⅳ,General Rule 1143,to verify the biotin microbial kit method.Analysing the method from specificity,linear,veracity,precision and durability,thus it is exactly to control the quality of biotin in vitamin premix.
