摘　　要：本文介绍一种新型轴径向反应器,结构充分利用反应器的球形封头内空间,最大化提高反应器有效容积利用率,降低设备筒体高度,节省设备投资。通过工业应用情况表明,新型轴径向反应器床层气流分布均匀,床层压降小,达到了预期设计的目标。变换气的反应深度满足工艺要求,可以替代传统的轴径向反应器。New-type axial-radial reactor was introduced in this paper,which makes full use of the space inside the spherical head of the reactor,maximizes the effective volume utilization ratio,reduces the height of the equipment and saves the equipment investment.The industrial application shows that the new-type axial-radial reactor has uniform airflow distribution in the bed and small pressure drop,which achieves the expected design goal.The reaction depth of the shift gas meets the technological requirements and can replace the traditional axial-radial reactor.
