摘　　要：介绍了150kt/a硫酸装置配套燃烧设备的设计。该燃烧设备处理的酸性气流量约7500kg/h、酸水汽提气1700kg/h、稀酸250kg/h。燃烧设备设计难点是处理的废气量大,且酸水汽提气中NH3体积分数达到29%。该燃烧设备于2017年下半年正式投入运行,现已运行20多个月,运行状况良好,燃烧设备处理量可长期维持满负荷运行,产生的烟气能够满足WSA工艺流程需求。The design of combustion equipment for 150 kt/a sulphuric acid plant is introduced in detail.The acidic gas flow rate treated by the combustion equipment is about 7 500 kg/h, the acid water stripping gas is 1 700 kg/h and the dilute acid is 250 kg/h.The design difficulty of the combustion equipment is the large amount of waste gas to be treated.At the same time, the mass fraction of NH 3 in the acid water stripping gas reaches 29%. The combustion equipment is put into operation in the second half of 2017. After more than 20 months of actual operation, the whole set of combustion equipment runs reliably and smoothly, meeting the overall design requirements of WSA process system.
