摘  要:通过采取外显和内隐相结合的研究方法,发现:大学生职业性别刻板印象内隐效应中存在显著的相容条件差异,但不存在显著的性别差异;大学生职业性别刻板印象存在明显的外显与内隐分离现象;大学生在自我效能感上不存在显著的性别差异;大学生自我效能感分数与内隐效应分数、外显的职业性别刻板印象“男强女弱”认同分数均不存在显著的相关。The research combines explicit measurement method and implicit measurement method together, and explores the characteristics of college students occupational gender stereotype and its relationship with self-efficacy.Results indicated that: Firstly, the compatibility conditions are significantly different in the implicit effect of college students occupational gender stereotype, but there are no significant gender differences in the effect;Secondly, an obvious separation of explicit and implicit expressions exist in the stereotype;Moreover, there is no obvious gender differences in self-efficacy of college students;Lastly, there is not significantly relationship between college students self-efficacy scores and their implicit effect scores, and between their self-efficacy scores and their scores for approving the explicit “strong males and weak females” occupational gender stereotype.
