摘 要:探讨系统性降低成纱棉结与毛羽的技术措施。根据纤维加工运行形成的各类状态,宏观着眼,微观着手,从流程、纤维受力点等方面进行分析、归纳,并提出针对性的工艺优化和纺专器材创新及相应的技术措施,以达到高效、快捷地降低成纱棉结与毛羽的目标。Technology measures of systematically reducing yarn neps and hairiness were discussed.According to various states formed by fiber processing operation,analysis and induction from aspects of process and fiber stress point in both macroscopic and microscopic.Corresponding technology measures such as targeted process optimization and spinning special accessory innovation were proposed to achieve the goal of efficiently and quickly reducing yarn neps and hairiness.
