摘 要:探讨双峰锡林针布的使用效果。介绍了双峰锡林针布的特点。在相同工艺流程、相同工艺配置的条件下,采用新疆棉、国储新疆棉和澳棉为配棉原料分别纺制JC 14.6 tex、C 14.6 tex和JC 11.7 tex纱,对使用双峰锡林针布和常规针布的纺纱半制品和成纱质量进行了对比分析。试验结果表明:使用双峰锡林针布半制品中棉结去除率达90%左右,较常规针布高5个百分点左右;短绒率较原来增长1个百分点左右,结杂总粒数减少30%左右。成纱棉结指标改善比例在20%-40%。成纱条干和强力指标均优于或持平;毛羽指标与常规针布接近。认为:使用双峰锡林针布能较好地改善半制品和成纱质量,并节约用棉。Use effect of bimodal cylinder card clothing was discussed.Characteristics of bimodal cylinder card clothing were introduced.Under the same process and the same configuration,Xinjiang cotton,national reserved Xinjiang cotton and Australian cotton were used as cotton assorting material to separately spin JC 14.6 tex yarn,C 14.6 tex yarn and JC 11.7 tex yarn.Semi-finished product and yarn quality that using bimodal cylinder card clothing and conventional card clothing were compared and analyzed.The test results showed that removal rate of cotton neps in the semi-finished products by using bimodal cylinder card clothing was reached about 90%,which was 5 percentage points higher than that of conventional card clothing.Short fiber content was 1 percentage points higher than the original.Total number of neps and impurity was reduced about 30%.Improvement ratio of yarn nep indicators was improved 20% to 40%.Yarn eveness and yarn strength were better or equal than conventional card clothing,hairiness index was close to conventional card clothing.It is considered that semi-finished products and yarn quality can be improved by using bimodal cylinder card clothing.
