摘　　要：探讨采用低配棉生产低捻度牛仔用转杯纱的工艺。针对转杯纺生产低配棉低捻度牛仔用纱时遇到的问题,采取一系列技术措施。根据原料特点,前纺工序以“多排杂,减少纤维损伤”为原则,合理调整工艺,合理选配转杯纺的关键元件,优化捻系数、卷绕张力等工艺参数,控制好车间相对湿度等,最终使转杯纺千锭时断头及机台生产效率达到较好水平。认为:用低配棉原料也能生产出让用户满意的转杯纺低捻度牛仔用纱。Process of producing lower cotton assorting lower twist rotor yarn for denim was discussed.A series of technology measures were taken for problems encountered in the production of lower cotton assorting lower twist rotor yarn for denim.According to properties of raw materials,pre-spinning process was based on the principle of "increasing impurities removal,reducing fiber injury",process was rationally adjusted,key parts of rotor spinning were rationally selected,process parameters such as twist factor and winding tension were optimized and relative humidity in workshop was properly controlled.In the end,rotor yarn broken ends per thousand spindles and production efficiency were reached a better level.It is considered that lower twist rotor yarn for denim which is satisfactory to user can be produced with lower cotton assorting raw materials.
