在单织轴提花织机上生产双弹织物的实践

摘　　要：总结双弹织物在单织轴提花织机上的生产要点。介绍了经、纬纱的质量指标及其循环规律;分析了单织轴的生产难点;为实现单织轴代替双织轴织造,对织部各工序的工艺进行了不同方案的优选,并详细总结了各工序采取的具体技术措施;最终在提花织机上成功实现了单织轴代替双织轴生产双弹织物系列产品,织机速度和产量都实现了较明显的提高。认为:认真落实各工序的工艺和技术措施是保证产品顺利生产的关键。Production key points of double elastic fabric on single beam jacquard loom were summarized.Quality index and cycle law of warp and weft yarn were introduced.Production difficulties of single beam were analyzed.In order to realize single beam instead of double beam,different programs of each process were optimized.Specific technology measures adopted in each process were detaily summarized.Using single beam to replace double beam to produce double elastic fabric series on jacquard loom was finally realized.Loom speed and output were improved significantly.It is considered that careful implementation of process and technology measures in each process is the key to ensuring successful production.
