前列地尔联合肾康注射液治疗老年慢性肾脏疾病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨前列地尔联合肾康注射液在老年慢性肾脏疾病中的临床疗效。方法:将80例患者随机分为2组,每组40例,2组均给予低盐低脂低蛋白饮食,并针对合并内科疾病给予对症支持处理,对照组使用前列地尔10 mg/次,静脉滴注,1次/d。,观察组则在对照组治疗的基础上联合使用肾康注射液,100 mL/次,静脉滴注,1次/d。比较治疗后2组肾功能相关指标、肾功能恢复正常时间及总住院时间,统计治疗期间出现的并发症。结果:血尿素氮、血肌酐水平治疗后2组均处于正常水平,且均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组肾功能恢复正常时间、总住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。并发症发生率观察组为7.5%,对照组为30.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对老年肾脏疾病患者,在对症支持处理基础上,联合应用肾康注射液,能有效改善患者肾脏功能,减少并发症,缩短患者住院时间。Objective: To explore clinical effects of alprostadil joined with ShenKang injection in the treatment for chronic renal disease(CRD) in the elderly. Methods: Eighty patients were randomized into two groups, 40 cases each group, both groups were given low-salt, low-fat and low protein diet, and symptomatic support treatment for the complicated disease of internal medicine, the control group used alprostadil l0 mg each time, intravenous perfusion,once each day and the observation group ShenKang injection on the foundation of alprostadil 100 m L each time, intravenous dripping, once each day, to compare the related indexes of renal function, the time of renal function returning to normal and total hospitalization time between both groups after treating, to count the complications during therapeutic periods. Results: Blood urea nitrogen(BUN) and serum creatinine(Scr) of both groups stayed in the normal levels after treating, and they were lower than these of the control group notably(P<0.05). The observation group was shorter than the control group in the time of renal function returning to normal and total hospitalization time, and the difference showed statistical meaning(P<0.05). The incidence of the complications in the observation group was 7.5%, lower than 40.0% of the control group, and the difference showed statistical meaning(P<0.05).Conclusion: The combination of ShenKang injection with symptomatic support treatment for the elderly with CRD could effectively improve renal function of the patients, reduce disease complications and shorten hospitalization time.
