温阳复脉汤联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病肢冷症30例  

Wenyang Fumai Tang Combined with Mecobalamine in the Treatment for 30 Cases of Diabetic Limbs Coldness

摘　　要：目的:观察温阳复脉汤联合甲钴胺对糖尿病肢冷症患者血液流变学、凝血功能和神经传导速度的影响。方法:将60例患者随机分为2组。在服用降糖药以及控制患者饮食等常规治疗的基础上,对照组肌内注射甲钴胺注射液治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上服用温阳复脉汤治疗。比较2组临床疗效,治疗前后血液流变学、凝血功能和神经传导速度指标的变化情况。结果:总有效率观察组为76.67%(23/30),对照组为46.67%(14/30),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血液流变学、凝血功能及神经传导速度等各指标治疗前后2组组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温阳复脉汤联合甲钴胺对糖尿病肢冷症患者具有较为满意的临床治疗效果,可明显提高神经传导速度,其作用机制可能是通过改善患者的血液流变学及凝血功能指标而实现的。Objective: To observe the effects of Wenyang Fumai Tang combined with mecobalamine on hemorheology, coagulation function and nerve conduction velocity(NCV) of the patients with diabetic limb coldness. Methods: Sixty patients were randomized into two groups. On the foundation of conventional therapies including taking hypoglycemic drug, controlling the diet and others, the control group received intramuscular injection of mecobalamine injection, and the observation group took Wenyang Fumai Tang based on the therapy the control group accepted. To compare clinical effects, and the changes of hemorheology, coagulation function and NCV before and after treating. Results: Total effective rate of the observation group was 76.67%(23/30), higher than 46.67%(14/30) of the control group, and the difference showed statistical meaning(P<0.05);the difference had statistical meaning in the indexes of hemorheology, coagulation function and NCV within two groups before and after treating(P <0.05);the difference showed statistical meaning between both groups after treating(P <0.05). Conclusion:Wenyang Fumai Tang combined with mecobalamine could obtain satisfactory clinical effects for the patients, it could lift NCV obviously, and its mechanism might be realized by improving the indexes of hemorheology and coagulation function.
