摘　　要：随着吸附材料的改进和血液净化技术的进步,血液(浆)灌流不断衍生出多种血液净化技术,并已经扩展应用到多个临床领域。基于吸附剂的血液净化技术可清除体内除内毒素、炎性介质,能抑制脓毒症时过度的炎性反应。本文就血液灌流、配对血浆滤过吸附、细胞因子吸附柱、高吸附膜等血液吸附技术在脓毒症中的应用进展进行综述,为救治脓毒症和感染性休克提供参考。With the improvement of adsorbent materials and the advancement of blood purification technology,a variety of blood purification technologies have been derived from blood (plasma) perfusion,and extended to many clinical fields.Adsorbent-based blood purification technologies can remove endotoxin and inflammatory mediators from the body,and inhibit excessive inflammatory reaction in sepsis.This article reviews the application of hemoperfusion,coupled plasma filtration adsorption,cytokine adsorbing columns,highly adsorptive membranes and other blood adsorption technologies in sepsis,providing a reference for the treatment of sepsis and septic shock.
