两种中药颗粒剂对正常小鼠免疫细胞因子调节作用的研究

摘　　要：为评价芪贞增免颗粒和人参茎叶总皂苷颗粒两种中药颗粒剂对正常小鼠相关免疫细胞因子的作用,采用ICR小鼠为试验动物,将芪贞增免颗粒和人参茎叶总皂苷颗粒通过口服给药,观察其对小鼠的临床表现、生长的影响,并通过对其血清IL-2、IL-4、TNF-α及INF-γ细胞因子含量的检测,结果显示,两种中药颗粒剂均能够显著提高小鼠血清IL-2、IL-4、IFN-γ和TNF-α的分泌,对雌性小鼠的作用尤为显著。表明该两种中药颗粒剂具有显著提高小鼠相关免疫细胞因子的作用。In order to evaluate the effect of Qizhen Zengmian Granule and Ginseng Stem and Leaf Total Saponins Granule on immune cytokines in normal mice,ICR mice were used as experimental animals. Qizhen Zengmian Granule and Ginseng Stem and Leaf Total Saponins Granule were orally administered to observe the clinical manifestations and growth of mice,and the contents of IL-2,IL-4,TNF-alpha and INF-gamma cytokines in serum of mice. The results showed that the two granules could significantly increase the secretion of serum IL-2,IL-4,IFN-gamma and TNF-alpha in mice,especially in female mice. The results showed that the two kinds of Chinese herbal granules could significantly improve the related immune cytokines in mice.
