摘 要:针对智能变电站存在二次回路不可见、变电站配置描述(substation configuration description,SCD)文件复杂及设备运维难度大等问题,文中设计了一种智能变电站二次回路高可视化平台。首先提出了智能变电站二次回路高可视化的功能需求,并介绍了所设计可视化平台的架构和方案;然后从设备状态、SCD管理、故障信息等方面进行了全景可视化研究,最后采用模糊综合评价方法来建立二次设备故障告警与诊断模型,实现智能化预警。所设计的可视化平台能够有效提高运维人员的工作效率和提升变电站的智能化运行水平。Aiming at the problems of invisibility of equipment, complexity of SCD files and difficulty in operation and maintenance of equipment in traditional substation secondary circuit, a high visualization platform for intelligent substation secondary circuit is designed in this paper. Firstly, the functional requirements of the high visibility of the secondary circuit of the intelligent substation are put forward, and the architecture and scheme of the designed visualization platform are introduced.Then, a panoramic visualization study is carried out from the aspects of equipment status, SCD management and fault information. Finally, a fault alarm and diagnosis model of secondary equipment is established by using the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to realize intelligent early warning. The visual platform designed can effectively improve the efficiency of operation and maintenance personnel and improve the intelligent operation level of substations.
