摘　　要：熔体齿轮泵是聚酯生产装置中的关键设备,一旦发生故障,将导致整套聚酯生产装置停车。通过对熔体齿轮泵故障分析,找出原因,通过积极维护、规范操作,延长了熔体齿轮泵稳定运行周期,节约大量检修费用。The melt gear pump is a key equipment in polyester production equipment, once the failure, will lead to a complete set of polyester production equipment stop. Through the melt gear pump fault analysis, find out the cause, through active maintenance, standard operation, prolong the melt gear pump stable operation cycle, save a lot of maintenance costs.
