摘 要:结合实际生产情况,对涤纶直纺工程熔体输送工艺进行探讨。结果表明:熔体换热器设置在增压泵之前的工艺控制方式更有利于熔体质量的均匀性;细旦FDY的生产对熔体输送温度很敏感,熔体输送温度应在兼顾常规和细旦丝生产的基础上进行优选;在兼顾熔体流动性的基础上,伴热热媒系统温度设置在285℃~286℃较好;理想的状态是对现有热媒系统进行改造,使它的温度能够分段精确控制;熔体输送压力设定应满足纺丝计量泵入口压力在5.0MPa^8.5MPa为宜;在同一台增压泵对应的生产线上进行产品布置时,应注意箱体及纺位之间熔体流量的均衡分配。Combined with the actual production situation, the melt conveying process of polyester direct spinning projectwas discussed. The results show that the process control mode of the melt heat exchanger installed ahead the booster pump is more beneficial to the uniformity of melt quality;the production of micro denier FDY is very sensitive to the melt transportation temperature, and the melt transportation temperature should be optimized on the basis of taking into account both conventional and micro denier filament production;the temperature of the heat medium system is preferably set at 285℃~286℃ on the basis of the melt fluidity;the ideal state is to modify the existing heat medium system so that its temperature can be accurately controlled in stages;the setting of melt conveying pressure should meet the inlet pressure of spinning metering pump between 5.0 MPa^8.5 MPa;when arranging the product on the beltline of the same booster pump, attention should be paid to the balanced distribution of melt flow between the box and the spinning position.
