摘　　要：1961-1965年,在国民经济遇到严重困难的背景下,内蒙古自治区党委通过制定各种政策,在工业领域进行了一系列调整。如压缩基建规模、调整工业内部结构、支援农业、整顿企业秩序等,使内蒙古地区失调的国民经济比例得以恢复,健全了地区工业门类,提高了工业经济效益,改善了人民生活,使内蒙古的工业走上了健康发展的道路。这也为后世留下了一些宝贵的历史经验。From 1961 to 1965,under the background of serious difficulties in the national economy,the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Party Committee made a series of adjustments in the industrial field through formulating various policies. Such as reducing the scale of infrastructure construction,adjusting the internal structure of industry,supporting agriculture and rectifying the order of enterprises,etc.,the imbalanced proportion of the national economy in Inner Mongolia has been restored,the industrial categories in Inner Mongolia have been improved,the economic benefits of industry have been improved,the people’s livelihood has been improved,and the industry in Inner Mongolia has embarked on the road of healthy development. This also left some valuable historical experience for later generations.
