摘  要:阐述了一种基于配电物联网的城市轨道交通供电系统的合环精准协调控制技术,对合环操作进行了理论分析,按照某个具有2路供电专线的用户实际电网分别进行了不同负荷、不同电压和不同敷设方式下合环操作的潮流计算。通过仿真计算,分析了相角差和电压差对有功的影响,提出了合环操作边界条件,降低了合环操作的风险。探讨了基于配电物联网的城市轨道交通智能态势感知和协调控制系统中的风险预警、负荷监测和电能质量防护功能。通过合环点两侧的同步相量测量,实时潮流计算,监测合环点两侧的相角和电压,对合环操作的开关进行相角差和电压差闭锁,以确保轨道交通供电回路的合环操作冲击最小、负荷平稳、电能质量良好,有效提升城市轨道交通供电系统的可靠性和连续性。This paper introduces a coordinated control technology for urban rail transit power supply system based on distributionInternet of Things. The paper analyzes the closing loop operation theoretically according to the actual grid parameters of customer with two power supply lines. The simulation calculations of the different loads, different voltage sand different laying methods(cables or overhead lines) are carried out. The influence of phase angle difference on active power and the influence of voltage difference on active power are analyzed by simulation. The boundary conditions of the closing loop operation are proposed. In order to reduce the risk of the closing loop operation, the urban rail transit intelligent situational awareness and coordinated control system based on the synchronized phasor measurement provides risk warning, load monitoring and electric energy quality protection. Through the simultaneous phasor measurement on both sides of the closing loop point and real-time power flow calculation, the closing loop operation monitors the phase angle and voltage on both sides of the closing loop point, and performes phase angle difference and voltage difference lock on the switch of the closing loop operation to ensure the rail power supply loop.The combined operation has the least impact, stable load and good power quality,which effectively improves the reliability and continuity of the urban rail transit power supply system.
