摘  要:以产、学、研作为节点,以产学研合作形成的团队作为超边,以每个团队中组织机构合作申请专利的次数作为超边的权重,构建基于加权超图的产学研合作申请专利超网络拓扑结构.以国家知识产权局专利检索数据库为数据来源,对数据整理和分析,采用超网络方法分析了2016年上海电子信息产业产学研申请发明专利的合作关系.实证显示超网络中节点的度、超度和超强度累计概率分布均服从幂律分布,说明网络结构中的节点具有异质性.通过分析进一步说明,上海电子信息产业内各技术领域创新格局不平衡,应该进一步加强产学研合作,并加强与其他省份的合作.This paper regards industry,university and research institute as node,a team formed by industry-university-research cooperation as hyperedge,and the number of cooperative patents in each team as hyperedge weights.It constructs the topological structure of I-U-R cooperative hypernetwork for applying patent based on weighted hypergraph,and takes the patent retrieval database from the state intellectual property office (SIPO) of China as the sources of data.It arranges and analyzes the data,and analyzes the I-U-R cooperative relationship of Shanghai electronic information industry for applying invention patent in 2016 by using the hypernetwork method.The empirical results show that the cumulative probability distribution of node degree,hyperdegree and hyperstrength follow the power-law distribution,indicating that the nodes in the network structure are heterogeneous.Through analysis,it further explains the technology innovation pattern of the electronic information industry in Shanghai is unbalanced.The electronic information industry should further strengthen the I-U-R cooperation and the cooperation with other regions.
