摘 要:直流架线式牵引电机车是地下金属矿山一种常用的运输工具,主要靠直流电作为牵引动力,运行过程中往往会产生直流杂散电流。为防止直流杂散电流对生产安全造成危害,基于井下直流杂散电流的成因分析,阐述了杂散电流引起的危害情况,并根据影响杂散电流和轨道电压的主要因素,针对性地提出诸如缩短供电距离、减小机车负载电流、减小轨道电阻,增大过渡电阻、缩小杂散电流扩散范围等防治措施,为最大限度地消除杂散电流、保证井下作业的安全性和可靠性提供了方法和方向。DC overhead electric traction locomotive is a kind of common transport machine in underground metal mines, which mainly relies on direct current as traction power.DC stray current is often generated during transportation.In order to prevent DC stray current from causing harm to the production safety, the harm caused by the stray current were expounded based on the cause of the DC stray current in underground mines, also, the detailed prevention and control measures of DC stray current were put forward according to the main factors that influence stray current and track voltage,such as shortening power supply distance,reducing load current and rail resistance value, increasing transition resistance value and so on, these measures provide methods and directions for eliminating stray current and ensuring safety and reliability of underground operation.
