摘 要:利用粉末活性炭-超滤(PAC-UF)组合工艺处理污水厂二级出水中腐殖酸(humic acid,HA)溶液,主要考察在不同的PAC投加量工况下对膜通量的影响、膜污染阻力变化、Hermia经典过滤堵塞模型拟合和膜污染趋势分析情况。结果表明,PAC颗粒本身几乎不会影响膜通量的下降,处理腐殖酸类有机溶液的PAC最佳投加量为20mg/L;腐殖酸导致的膜污染以不可逆膜污染为主,其与滤饼层污染模型的拟合度最好;将超滤阶段分为初期黏附阶段与后期黏聚阶段,初期阶段导致的膜通量下降更加剧烈,后期阶段形成的滤饼层有效的拦截有机物避免直接接触超滤膜。The combined process of powdered activated carbon and ultrafiltration (PAC-UF) was adopted to treat humic acid (HA) in secondary effluent of sewage treatment plant,and the effects of PAC dosage on membrane flux,change of membrane fouling resistance,Hermia classical filter blocking model fitting and trend analysis of membrane fouling were investigated.The results demonstrated that PAC has no affect on the decrease of membrane flux and the optimum dosage of PAC was 20 mg/L for treating HA.In addition,the membrane fouling caused by HA was irreversible fouling and the fitting with the cake layer fouling model was the best.the stage was divided into the initial filtration (adhesion) stage and the final filtration (cohesion) stage,the membrane flux decreased more sharply in the early stage and the filter cake layer effectively prevents organic matter from direct contact with ultrafiltration membrane In the later stage.
