分级护理对桥小脑角肿瘤术后合并吞咽困难患者的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:观察增加吞咽功能筛查频次的分级护理对减少桥小脑角肿瘤患者食物误吸及术后胃管留置发生情况的效果。方法:选取66例外科收治的桥小脑角肿瘤患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组33例。对照组根据术后初次吞咽功能测试结果给予一般护理;观察组每日接受1次吞咽功能测试,并根据患者吞咽功能分级,进行不同的护理干预。比较两组患者临床护理干预效果。结果:观察组患者护理干预后吞咽困难病情分级明显优于对照组,误吸及术后胃管留置的发生率明显低于对照组,家属护理满意度明显高于对照组,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:根据患者吞咽功能状态给予相应的分级护理干预,临床护理效果明显,患者预后良好,提高了护理满意度。Objective:To observe the effect of graded nursing with increased swallowing screening frequency on reducing food aspiration and gastric tube indwelling after operation in patients with cerebellopontine angle tumors.Methods:All 66 patients with cerebellopontine angle tumors treated in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The control group was given general nursing according to the results of the first swallowing function test after operation;the experimental group was given swallowing function test once a day,and different nursing interventions were carried out according to the patients'swallowing function classification.The effect of clinical nursing intervention was compared between the two groups.Results:The grade of dysphagia in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group after nursing intervention;the incidence of mistake inhalation and gastric tube indwelling in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group;the nursing satisfaction of the family members in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group;the above differences were statistically significant ( P <0.05).Conclusion:According to the swallowing function of patients,graded nursing intervention has obvious effect on clinical nursing.It can promote the good prognosis of patients and improve the satisfaction of family members.
