息哮平喘汤联合沙丁胺醇气动雾化治疗小儿支气管哮喘急性发作期的疗效

摘　　要：目的:观察息哮平喘汤联合沙丁胺醇气动雾化治疗小儿支气管哮喘急性发作期的疗效。方法:选取急性发作期支气管哮喘患儿82例,采用随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组各41例。对照组采用沙丁胺醇气动雾化吸入治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用口服息哮平喘汤治疗,均治疗7d。比较两组临床症状(胸闷、喘息、咳嗽)改善情况及住院用时、治疗前及疗程结束后肺功能指标[呼气流速峰值(PEF)、第1s用力呼气量(FEV1)]水平。结果:研究组胸闷、喘息及咳嗽改善用时、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组间PEF、FEV1水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),疗程结束后两组PEF、FEV1水平均较治疗前增高,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采取沙丁胺醇气动雾化吸入联合息哮平喘汤对支气管哮喘急性发作期患儿予以治疗,可更有效缓解患儿临床症状,改善其肺功能,促进患儿康复。Objective:To observe efficacy of XixiaoPingchuan decoction combined with Salbutamol aerosol inhalation on children with acute attack of bronchial asthma.Methods:82 children with acute attack of bronchial asthma were selected and divided into study group (n=41) and control group (n=41) according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Salbutamol aerosol inhalation for 7 days,while the study group was treated with XixiaoPingchuan decoction on the basis of that of the control group for 7 days.The improvement of clinical symptoms (chest distress,wheezing,cough),hospitalization time,pulmonary function indexes [peak expiratory flow (PEF),forced expiratory volume (FEV1) and maximum expiratory flow rate (MMEF)] before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The improvement time of chest distress,wheezing and cough and the hospitalization time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the PEF and FEV1 levels between the two groups before the treatment (P>0.05).After the treatment,the PEF and FEV1 levels in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,those of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions:Salbutamol aerosol inhalation combined with XixiaoPingchuan decoction in the children with acute attack of bronchial asthma can more effectively relieve the clinical symptoms,improve their lung function,and promote early recovery of them.
