摘 要:基于8档自动变速箱,开展效率优化、精细化标定及主减速比优化对整车动力性、经济性影响试验研究。结果表明,低排量油泵、VFS电磁阀和低润滑压力对变速箱效率有显著影响;在1000r/min@50Nm工况下,12cc油泵和VFS电磁阀方案,相对于17cc基础方案,1~8档变速箱效率均提升,对应改善值为2.91%、0.43%、1.14%、2.5%、2.88%、3.03%、5.12%、7.47%、4.45%;采用12cc油泵、VFS阀板、3.95主减速比和精细化标定,百公里加速降低1.5s;WLTC工况下百公里油耗为2.1L/100km。Based on the 8-speed automatic transmission,the effects of efficiency optimization,fine calibration and final drive ratio optimization on the vehicle's power performance and economy were studied.The results show that low displacement oil pump,VFS solenoid valve and low lubrication pressure have significant influence on the transmission efficiency.Compared with 17cc basic scheme,the efficiency of 1-8 gear boxes with 12cc oil pump and VFS solenoid valve is improved at 1000r/min@50N·m,and corresponding improvement values are 2.91%,0.43%,1.14%,2.5%,2.88%,3.03%,5.12%,7.47%,4.45%.With technical measures of 12cc oil pump,VFS valve plate,3.95 final drive ratio and fine calibration,the 100km acceleration was reduced to 1.5s,and the fuel consumption of 100km was reduced to 2.1l /100km at WLTC.
