摘 要:文章在"农用直流卷盘式喷灌机"和"少齿差行星齿轮减速原理"的基础上为更好的满足农业产品的需要进行研究的。随着现代农业的发展,卷盘式喷灌机已经成为农业灌溉必备机器,农民可以根据自身需要来控制喷头水量,从而来满足对农作物对水量的需求,慢慢地成为农民们生产作业不可或缺的工具。然而,国内目前卷盘式喷灌机仍然有许多欠缺和弱点,若采用高效率的直流电机代替水涡轮作为动力装置,可以大大改善原动机的性能,但是这种情况下电机的转速仍然远高于水涡轮驱动时的转速,所以整个装置所需要的传动比就非常大。若仍然坚持采用传统的传动系统,必然导致传动效率低、体积大等问题。针对上述问题,本文将从理论分析的角度出发,设计出一款新型的满足高效大传动比小体积的行星齿轮传动系统。On the basis of "agricultural DC coiler sprinkler" and "planetary gear deceleration principle with few teeth difference",this paper studies to better meet the needs of agricultural products.With the development of modern agriculture,the disc sprinkler has become a necessary machine for agricultural irrigation.Farmers can control the amount of sprinkler water according to their own needs,so as to meet the demand for water for crops,and gradually become an indispensable tool for farmers'production and operation.However,there are still many shortcomings and weaknesses in the current domestic coiled sprinkler irrigation machine.If the high-efficiency DC motor is used instead of the water turbine as the power device,the performance of the prime mover can be greatly improved.But in this case,the speed of the motor is still much higher than that of the water turbine,so the transmission ratio of the whole device is very large.If we still stick to the traditional transmis -sion system,it will inevitably lead to problems such as low transmission efficiency and large volume.In view of the above problems,this paper will design a new planetary gear transmission system which meets the requirements of high efficiency,large transmission ratio and small volume from the perspective of theoretical analysis.
