摘　　要：随着汽车保险行业的飞速发展和交通事故频发,广元市汽车保险理赔案件数量也逐年增加,车险投诉与纠纷也显著增长。广元市汽车保险理赔服务难度大、案件多、问题多,服务模式正遭受各方质疑。文章通过分析广元市的理赔服务现状以及地理环境,总结出广元市汽车理赔服务发展的问题,根据分析结果提出未来广元市汽车理赔市场的发展策略,从而建立规范的、有秩序的值得信赖和高效率的汽车理赔服务模式,为广元市的汽车保险理赔市场的发展提供参考。With the rapid development of automobile insurance industry and frequent traffic accidents,the number of automobile insurance claims cases in Guangyuan City has increased year by year,and the number of automobile insurance complaints and disputes has also increased significantly.Guangyuan automobile insurance claims service is difficult,with many cases and many problems.The service mode is being questioned by all parties.Based on the analysis of Guangyuan's current situation and geographical environment,this paper summarizes the problems of Guangyuan's automobile claim service development,and puts forward the development strategy of Guangyuan's automobile claim market in the future according to the analysis results,so as to establish a standardized,orderly,trustworthy and efficient automobile claim service model,which can provide reference for the development of Guangyuan's automobile insurance claim market.
