摘　　要：破碎和制砂设备是人工砂石骨料加工系统的核心设备。针对苏阿皮蒂水电工程以辉绿岩为料源的特大型人工砂石系统,考虑碾压混凝土对石粉含量的要求,设备系统应具有技术先进、运行灵活可靠,经济性优。经工艺流程平衡计算与综合比选,采用了单机生产能力大的美卓公司设备。自2017年4月份正式投产,充分证明主要破碎设备选型及配置是合理的。The crushing and sand production equipment is the core part of the artificial sand and stone aggregate production system.In the extra-large artificial sand and stone aggregate production system in Souapiti Hydropower Project,diabase rock is the material source.Considering the requirement on the stone powder content of the roller compacted concrete,the crushing equipment should be of advanced technology,flexible and reliable operation ability and excellent economy.With the process balance calculation and a comprehensive comparison,the equipment of the Metso Corporation with a large unit production capacity is selected.Practical operation of the equipment since its formal commissioning shows that the selected type and configuration is reasonable.
