“美丽乡村”下的农村生活垃圾治理影响因素研究

摘　　要：为加快陕西渭南"美丽乡村"建设,以农村生活垃圾治理,运用IAD框架就当前渭南市生活垃圾治理的内在机理进行阐述和分析,从而找到影响渭南农村生活垃圾治理的影响因素;然后对渭南市下辖村庄的调查和访谈作为数据,在变量赋值的基础上,利用Logistic回归模型对影响因素与生活垃圾治理效果进行分析。结果表明,是否接受环保宣传、人均收入和治理制度等对农村生活垃圾治理有正相关影响,需要重点从基层环保组织建设、加强资金投入和提升环保意识等几方面入手。In view of the current goal of "beautiful countryside" proposed by the state and in order to speed up the construction of "beautiful countryside" in Weinan,Shaanxi Province,this study researches rural domestic waste,using the IAD framework to elaborate and analyze the internal mechanism of the current treatment of domestic waste in Weinan City,so as to find out the influencing factors of the treatment of rural domestic waste in Weinan City.It studies the villages under Weinan City's jurisdiction.Investigation and interview as data,on the basis of variable assignment,using Logistic regression model to analyze the correlation between influencing factors and the effect of domestic waste treatment.The results show that whether to accept environmental protection propaganda,per capita income and governance system has a positive impact on rural domestic waste treatment.It is necessary to focus on the construction of grass-roots environmental protection organizations,strengthening investment and improving the environment.Start with consciousness protection and other aspects.
