摘 要:以硅酸钠、硫酸钛、硫酸铁为原料制备了一种基于钛盐的无机高分子絮凝剂聚硅硫酸钛铁(PTFS),以水样浊度去除率为考察指标,通过单因素试验、正交试验优化PTFS的絮凝条件。结果表明:PTFS絮凝除浊能力受絮凝剂投加量、介质pH、慢搅时间、慢搅速度、静置时间等多种因素的影响;影响PTFS除浊性能的五个主要因素中,影响大小顺序为慢速搅拌时间>静置时间>慢速搅拌速度>pH>絮凝剂投加量;最优除浊工艺条件为:絮凝剂投加量为0.60mmol/L,pH为10.0,慢速搅拌时间为30min,慢速搅拌速度为30r/min,静置时间为120min。Inorganic polymer flocculant called polysilicon titanium sulfate(PTFS) was prepared by using sodium silicate,titanium sulphate and ferric sulphate.The removal rate of turbidity in water samples was investigated to determine the optimal flocculation conditions of PTFS through single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment.The results show that the turbidity removal ability of PTFS is affected by the dosage of flocculant,pH medium,slow stirring time,slow stirring speed and static time,et al.Among the five main factors affecting the turbidity removal performance of PTFS,the order of influence is the slow stirring time > stationary time > slow stirring speed >pH > flocculant dosage.The optimal turbidity removal process conditions were as follows:flocculant dosage was 0.60 mmol/L,pH was 10.0,slow stirring time was 30 min,slow stirring speed was 30 r/min,and static time was 120 min.
