摘  要:基盐中氰酸根含量检测是QPQ(quench-polish-quench)表面复合处理技术质量控制的重要参考。针对目前业内普遍采用人工滴定法的现状,依据QPQ技术特点,基于光谱分析原理,展开了面向QPQ技术的基盐氰酸根含量半自动检测仪器研究,完成了基础实验论证和仪器硬件集成与软件设计,研制出仪器原理样机。与业内标准测量方法进行了对比测试实验,其结果表明:仪器能够代替复杂的人工实验操作,且准确度高(相对误差±1%),重复性好(相对标准偏差RSD≤3%),能够为QPQ技术质量控制提供快速、准确、可靠的技术支持与分析参考,满足应用要求。The cyanate content detection of base salt is an important reference for the quality control of QPQ surface composite treatment process.In view of the current situation of artificial titration in the industry generally,based on the basis of QPQ technology features and spectral analysis,semi-automatic detection instrument analysis for QPQ salt bath compound processing technology was launched on.The basic experiment demonstration and hardware integration and software design were completed,and the prototype of instrument was developed.Compared with the standard measurement method in the industry,the test results show that the instrument can replace the complex manual experimental operation.The instrument has high accuracy (relative error ±1%),good repeatability (RSD≤3%).It can provide rapid,accurate and reliable technical support and analysis reference for the quality control of QPQ process,and meet the application requirements.
