摘 要:永磁制动装置为电磁技术在游乐行业应用的成果,相比传统的机械式制动装置,永磁制动装置无接触无磨损,无冲击无噪音无振动,制动柔和,制动力随速度变化对负载不敏感,优势明显,但其相应的理论计算方法欠缺。为推进永磁制动装置在游乐行业的发展应用,通过对永磁制动装置工作原理的分析,推导出永磁制动装置对刹车板作用力的近似计算公式,并以此为基础推导摩托过山车的制动距离与制动加速度,然后依据实验验证计算结果的正确度。通过验证可知推导的计算公式可准确计算永磁制动装置的制动距离,为其在游乐行业的应用打下了坚实基础。Permanent magnet brake device is the result of electromagnetic technology applied in amusement industry. Compared with traditional mechanical brake device, permanent magnet brake device has no contact, no wear, no impact, no noise, no vibration, gentle brake, and the braking force is insensitive to load with the change of speed. It has obvious advantages, but its corresponding theoretical calculation method is not enough. In order to promote the development and application of permanent magnet brake device in the entertainment industry,this paper deduces the approximate calculation formula of the force acting on the brake plate through the analysis of its working principle, and on this basis deduces the braking distance and braking acceleration of motorcycle roller coaster,then verifies the correctness of the calculation results based on the experiment.The formula deduced in this paper can accurately calculate the braking distance of permanent magnet brake device,which lays a solid foundation for its application in the entertainment industry.
