摘  要:长距离带式输送机作为工业生产散料运输的重要设备,具有运输效率高、操作灵活等特点,被广泛应用在电厂、冶金、煤矿、港口等需要大量散料运输的场合。对长距离带式输送机的工作性能进行深入研究,结合煤矿生产的特点,设计基于PLC的长距离带式输送机的电控系统,提高皮带运输的可靠性。Long-distance belt conveyor is an important equipment for industrial production of bulk materials. It has the characteristics of high transportation efficiency and flexible operation. It is widely used in power plants, metallurgy, coal mines, ports and other places where large quantities of bulk materials are required for transportation. The working performance of long-distance belt conveyor was deeply studied. Combined with the characteristics of coal mine production, the electronic control system of long-distance belt conveyor based on PLC was designed to improve the reliability of belt transportation.
