摘  要:带式输送机作为重要的运输装备,被广泛应用在连续性的物料运输中。由于其结构简单,建造成本低,成为煤矿井下煤料运输的重要装备。以降低长距离带式输送机功耗为目的,对皮带运输系统进行深入研究,设计煤矿井下带式输送机多级驱动功率平衡控制系统,实现皮带速度精准控制与节能要求。As an important amount of transportation equipment, belt conveyors are widely used in continuous material transportation. Due to its simple structure and low construction cost, it becomes an important equipment for coal transportation. In order to reduce the power consumption of long-distance belt conveyors, the belt transportation system studied, and a multi-stage drive power balance control system was designed for coal mine belt conveyors to achieve accurate belt speed control and energy saving requirements.
