摘  要:变压器的阻抗是出厂试验考核的重要参数,忽视在同一柱的线圈上存在不同相电流引起的阻抗,容易导致最终变压器的阻抗超出标准规定的允许偏差。详细介绍如何计算同一柱的线圈上存在不同相的电流的整流变压器阻抗,通过正交轴分解为2个独立的同相和反相的漏磁分布后,采用传统的阻抗计算方法进行计算,同相和反相的阻抗进行算术叠加得到最终的变压器阻抗。这一方法在多台带移相线圈的变压器中应用,并与产品的最终试验结果比较最大偏差在5%以内,计算精度满足国家标准允许的偏差7.5%。可以推广至其它同一柱的线圈上存在不同相的电流变压器阻抗计算。The impedance of transformer is one of the marjor parameters in routine test. Ignoring the impedance caused by different phases of current in windings on the same core limb can easily lead to the final impedance of transformer exceeding the allowable tolerance specified in the standard.This paper is to solve the problem of how to calculate the impedance of rectifier transformer with different phases of current in the windingson the same limb.It can be considered split in two separate components(named: In-phase component and In-opposition component) by the method of orthogonal decomposition. The impedance of in-phase component and in-opposition component can be calculation by traditional formula, and the final impedance is sum of these two component. This method of impedance calculation have been applied on some units, and the maximun tolerance between calculation result and test result is within 5% less than 7.5% specified in standard. This method can be spreaded to calculate impedance of other transformer with different phase current in the windings on the same limb.
