摘  要:为解决传统低压备自投装置只作为单纯双电源切换执行单元、缺乏主变容量判别和低压出线故障顶跳上级开关等智能化业务功能及逻辑原理的不足,通过分析低压系统的母线电压、变低电压、开关位置、实时电流等电气数据的特征,针对不同的低压负荷转供需求,提出了智能环网式的低压负荷转供业务功能及逻辑原理,并应用于智能低压负荷转供装置的研发。结果表明,所提出的逻辑原理可在待转供状态下,及时分析变压器容量、低压出线故障信号、低压负载情况等多种运行状况,并能适用于配网多种接线形式,增强了低压备自投装置的逻辑功能,能够有效保障低压配电网的稳定运行,提高供电可靠性。Aiming at the drawbacks of traditional low-voltage standby automatic switching device,which only acts as a simple dual-power switching execution unit, lacking intelligent business functions and logic principles such as capacity discrimination of main transformer, top-jump switch of low-voltage outgoing line fault,etc.,the author put forward the function and logic principle of low-voltage load switching service based on intelligent ring network for different demand of low-voltage load switching by analyzing the characteristics of bus voltage, variable low voltage, switching position,real-time current and other electrical data of low-voltage system,and applied it to the research and development of intelligent low-voltage load switching device. The results show that the logic principle proposed in this paper can analyze the transformer capacity,low-voltage outgoing fault signal,low-voltage load and other operating conditions in time,and can be applied to a variety of wiring forms of distribution network,enriching the logic function of low-voltage standby automatic switching device, effectively ensuring the stable operation of low-voltage distribution network and improving the reliability of power supply.
