摘 要:传统国产起重机的结构设计基本上采用了原苏联的图纸,结构复杂,用料多,重量大,四十年来在结构上没有重大改进,不符合节能减排的大环境。轻量化、节能化是起重机行业设计人员应该考虑的重大问题。欧式起重机具有结构简单,用料少,重量轻的特点。主要针对LHO型欧式起重机与LH型传统起重机的配置和结构做出了分析比较,然后就改进的地方分析采取的解决方案,并提供了具体的节能减排效益分析,为起重机产品实现节能减排大方向、升级高端产品的目标提供了重要参考依据。The structure design of traditional domestic cranes basically adopts the drawings of the former Soviet Union, which are complex in structure, heavy in material and heavy in weight. There has been no significant improvement in structure in the past 40 years, and the traditional cranes do not conform to the environment of energy saving and emission reduction. Lightweight and energy-saving are important issues that designers of crane industry should consider. European crane has the characteristics of simple structure, less material and light weight. The configuration and structure of LHO European crane and LH traditional crane are analyzed and compared, and then the improved local solutions are analyzed, and specific energy saving and emission reduction benefit analysis is provided,which provides an important reference for crane products to achieve the goal of energy saving and emission reduction and upgrading high-end products.
