摘　　要：日本是世界上老龄化程度最严重的国家,从20世纪70年代起就进入了老龄化社会,但日本又被称为全球最适宜养老的国家。日本在养老保障上的成功,得益于养老法律制度的建立和相关政策的完善,通过国民年金、医疗保险和介护保险支撑和保障养老,催生和保障养老产业的发展。Japan is the most aging country in the world.It has entered an aging society since the 1970 s,but Japan is also known as the most suitable country for the elderly.Japan’s success in pension service benefits from the establishment of the pension law system and the improvement of relevant policies.Japan supports and protects the elderly through national pensions,medical insurance and nursing insurance,and promotes the development of the old-age care industry.
