甘肃省白银地区地骷髅水分、浸出物的质量研究

摘　　要：目的:测定甘肃省白银地区地骷髅药材的水分和浸出物,为建立甘肃省地骷髅药材水分和浸出物的质量标准奠定基础。方法:参照《中国药典》2015年版四部通则方法,对甘肃省白银地区地骷髅药材的水分进行测定同时对其浸出物的提取条件进行优化。结果:以热水为提取溶剂测定地骷髅药材浸出物时含量最高,实验效果最理想。结论:确定地骷髅药材浸出物提取方法为药典通则热浸法(水为溶剂)。Objective:To determine the water content and extract of the medicinal materials of Old Radish Root, and establish the quality standard of the water content and extract of Old Radish Root. Methods:According to the general principles of 《The Chinese Pharmacopoeia》(2015 edition), the water content of Old Radish Root medicinal materials was determined and the extraction conditions of its extracts were optimized. Results:Using hot water as extracting solvent to determine the extract of Old Radish Root medicinal materials, the content of the extract is the highest and the experimental effect is the best. Conclusions:The extraction method of the extract of Old Radish Root medicinal materials was determined to be the general rule of the Pharmacopoeia hot soaking method(water as solvent).
