摘  要:目的:对比在全麻腹部手术中应用右美托咪定与曲马多对术后预防寒战的效果。方法:选择2015年12月~2018年12月到本院接受全麻腹部手术治疗患者200例,以随机数字表法分为参照组与实验组,每组100例,参照组在手术中应用曲马多干预,实验组在手术中应用右美托咪定干预,对两组不同时间寒战评分以及不良反应发生情况进行对比。结果:给药前,两组对比寒战评分(P>0.05),给药后5min以及10min时,实验组寒战评分均明显低于参照组(P<0.05);实验组不良反应发生率为6.00%,明显较参照组的15.00%低(P<0.05)。结论:对接受全麻腹部手术治疗的患者,在手术中应用右美托咪定干预的效果较曲马多理想,可有效预防寒战,在临床值得推广。Objective:To compare the effect of dexmedetomidine and tramadol in preventing shivering after abdominal surgery under general anesthesia. Methods:200 patients who received abdominal surgery under general anesthesia in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2018 were selected and divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method. 100 cases in each group. The control group was treated with tramadol and the experimental group was treated with dexmedetomidine during operation.The shivering scores and adverse reactions of the two groups at different times were compared.Result:Before administration,the shivering score was compared between the two groups(P>0.05). At 5 minutes and 10 minutes after administration,the shivering score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 6.00%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group 15.00%(P<0.05). Conclusion:For patients undergoing abdominal surgery under general anesthesia,the effect of dexmedetomidine intervention during operation is better than that of tramadol,and it can effectively prevent shivering. It is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
