摘　　要：天麻始记于《神农本草经》,为兰科植物天麻的干燥块茎,具有平肝、止痉、息风功效,主要用于高血压、痉挛、头痛眩晕等疾病治疗。由于中药天麻应用的广泛性,有关中药天麻成分、代谢的研究较多,为临床用药提供了大量参考。本文对中药天麻的主要成分、体内代谢机制及临床应用进行综述,旨在将研究成果整理归纳,为一线工作提供理论指导。Gastrodia elata was first recorded in Shennong Herbal Medicine Classic,it is a dry tuber of Orchidaceae Gastrodia elata Blume,which has the functions of calming the liver,spasmolysis and relieving wind. Gastrodia elata is mainly used in the treatment of hypertension,spasm,headache,vertigo and other diseases. Because of the extensive application of Gastrodia elata,there are many clinical studies on the components and metabolism of Gastrodia elata,which provide a lot of references for clinical medication. The main components and metabolic mechanism in vivo of Gastrodia elata were reviewed in this paper,finally investigated the main clinical application fields of Gastrodia elata,the purpose is to summarize the relevant research,to provide theoretical guidance for the first-line work.
