摘  要:[目的]分析海口市医疗纠纷发生的原因及特点,提出有效防范和应对措施以减少院内医疗纠纷发生率。[方法]选取2014年1月-2017年12月期间海口市某三甲医院发生的医疗纠纷作为研究对象,采用问卷调查方式对150位患者及家属和50位医护人员进行调查,研究医疗纠纷发生的原因。[结果]患者及家属选择医患纠纷产生原因居前三位的依次是服务态度差、医疗技术水平差、医患沟通不畅,分别占55.0%、37.1%、30.7%;医方选择居前三位的原因依次是患者期望值过高、医患沟通不畅及医疗损害,分别占57.4%、48.9%、46.8%。[结论]医疗纠纷产生的原因复杂,主要涉及医患沟通问题、医疗技术问题、患者信任问题、医患双方态度问题等。Objective This paper analyzes the causes and characteristics of medical disputes in Haikou city,and puts forward effective preventive and response measures to reduce the incidence of medical disputes in hospitals. Methods Medical disputes in a grade 3A hospital of Haikou city from Jan. 2014 to Dec. 2017 were selected as the research objects. 150 patients,their family members and 50 medical staffs were investigated through questionnaire survey to study the causes of medical disputes. Results The front three causes of medical disputes which were chosen by the patients and their family members were bad service attitude,poor medical treatment level and poor doctor-patient communication,the proportion was 55.0%,37.1% and 30.7% respectively. The front three causes of medical disputes which were chosen by the medical staffs were that patient s desired value was too high,poor doctor-patient communication and medical damage,the proportion was 57.4%,48.9% and 46.8% respectively. Conclusions The causes of medical disputes are complex,involving the problems of communication between doctors and patients,medical technology,trust of patients,attitude of both sides,etc.
