摘 要:采用机械搅拌-脉冲电沉积法在碳钢基体上制备了Ni-Co/Al2O3复合镀层,并研究了占空比对Ni-Co/Al2O3复合镀层的宏观形貌、成分、显微硬度及耐蚀性的影响。结果表明:随着占空比的提高,Ni-Co/Al2O3复合镀层的宏观形貌先趋好后变差,Ni元素和Co元素的质量分数有所降低,Al元素的质量分数先升高后降低,显微硬度先增大后减小,腐蚀失重先降低后升高;当占空比为40%时,Ni-Co/Al2O3复合镀层的宏观形貌最优,显微硬度达到最大值4 437 MPa,腐蚀失重最低。Ni-Co/Al2O3 composite coatings were prepared on carbon steel substrate by mechanical stirring-pulse electrodeposition,and the influence of duty cycle on the macromorphology,component,microhardness and corrosion resistance of Ni-Co/Al2O3 composite coatings was investigated.The results showed that,with the increase of duty cycle,the macromorphology of the Ni-Co/Al2O3 composite coating improved first and then become worse,the mass fraction of Ni and Co decreased,the mass fraction of Al increased first and then decreased,the microhardness increased first and then decreased,and the corrosion weight loss decreased first and then increased.When duty cycle was 40%,the Ni-Co/Al2O3 composite coating has the best macromorphology,the maximum microhardness of 4 437 MPa and the lowest corrosion weight loss.
