摘 要:研究了温度和时间对镁合金钼酸盐转化膜性能的影响。通过单因素试验,得出镁合金钼酸盐化学转化的最优配方为:钼酸铵25 g/L,硝酸钠1.5 g/L,硝酸锰1 g/L,柠檬酸1.5 g/L,pH值5,温度60℃,时间25 min。钼酸盐转化膜的主要成分为MgO2和Mg2Mo3O11。最优配方下得到的钼酸盐转化膜结晶细小、均匀,并且有细微裂纹。与磷酸盐转化膜相比,钼酸盐转化膜的耐蚀性更好。The effects of temperature and time on the properties of molybdate chemical conversion coatings on magnesium alloy were studied.Through the single factor experiment,the optimum formula of molybdate chemical conversion for magnesium alloy was determined as follows:ammonium molybdate 25 g/L,sodium nitrate 1.5 g/L,manganese nitrate 1 g/L,citric acid 1.5 g/L,pH value 5,temperature 60℃,time 25 min.The main components of molybdate chemical conversion coating were MgO2 and Mg2Mo3O11.The coating obtained with optimum formula was fine and uniform,with tiny cracks.The molybdate conversion coating exhibits better corrosion resistance than phosphate conversion coating.
