摘  要:本文采用火焰原子发射光谱法测定钾和钠,空气-乙炔比为13.0∶2.0,观测高度为3cm,回收率为98~102%。平行实验5次测结果,得钾的相对标准偏差为0.4%,钠为2.0%,浓度范围为0-10μg/mL和0~8μg/mL时,钾、钠的校准曲线呈直线。最佳条件下,钾的检出限为0.01μg/mL,钠的检出限为0.06μg/mL。该法测定快速简便,具有实用价值。Potassium and sodium were determined by flame atomic emission spectrometry.The air-acetylene ratio was 13.0:2.0,observed at a height of 3 cm and a recovery rate of 98-102%.5 test results in parallel experiments,with a K relative standard deviation of 0.4%and Na of 2.0%.When a concentration range was 0-10 ug/mL of K and 0~8μg/mL of Na,their calibration curve is straight.Under the best conditions,the detection limit of potassium is 0.01μg/mL,the detection limit of sodium is 0.06μg/mL.This method is fast and simple,which has practical value.
