摘　　要：目的评价干扰素凝胶联合冷冻治疗女性外阴尖锐湿疣的临床疗效及复发率。方法将200例患者随机分为对照组与试验组,每组100例。对照组采用单纯冷冻治疗疗法,而试验组则采用冷冻联合人α-2b干扰素凝胶疗法;观察2组间治疗有效率、患处面积、炎性因子水平、复发率之间的差异。结果试验组总有效率可达85%,而对照组总有效率为64%,试验组治疗效果优于对照组(P=0.001);经治疗后,试验组比对照组更能减轻患处受损面积(P=0.000);与对照组相比,试验组IL-6、IL-18、hs-CRP水平的改善效果更好(P=0.000);另外,治疗6个月后,试验组复发率显著低于对照组(P=0.001)。结论冷冻联合干扰素α-2b疗法能显著提高女性外阴尖锐湿疣治疗疗效、降低治疗后复发率,治疗效果明确,值得推广。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and recurrence rate of interferon gel combined with cryotherapy in treatment of female genital condyloma acuminatum.Methods Two hundred patients with condyloma acuminatum of female vulva were randomly divided into control group(n=100)and experimental group(n=100).The patients in control group were treated by simple cryotherapy,however,the patients in experimental group were treated by cryotherapy combined with alpha-2b interferon gel.The effective rate,the area of the affected area,the levels of inflammatory factors and the recurrence rate were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in experimental group was 85%,which was superior to that(64%)in control group(P<0.01).as compared with control group,the experimental group could significantly reduce the damaged area(P<0.01).In addition,the levels of IL-6,IL-18 and hs-CRP were significantly were decreased in experimental group.And the recurrence rate in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group after 6-month treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion Cryotherapy combined with interferon alpha-2b can significantly improve the therapeutic effects on female condyloma acuminatum and can reduce the recurrence rate,therefor,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
